Please visit our new library website!
We have flexible scheduling and an open library policy at NMS. We want you to use the library as much as possible, for a variety of purposes.
You may come to the library during homeroom or throughout the day with teacher permission. Language Arts classes rotate visiting the library every other week. You may check-in, check-out, or renew your library books at this time.
We will be collaborating with the Pulaski County Public Library once a month. A representative from the library will visit our school to help promote reading, teach mini lessons, and promote activities that take place at the public library.
Dewey Know Where to Go?
Our Non-Fiction books are categorized by the Dewey Decimal numerical system. Each book has a spine label with a number. These numbers represent various subjects. Look for these framed posters in our library to help direct you to the location of non-fiction books.

A group of students attended a field trip to Pulaski Elementary in Spring 2015. The middle school students dressed up and planned activities to go along with their books. This is our 2nd annual trip to read at Pulaski Elementary. We plan to do another visit Spring 2016.
